The 1st Plenary Meeting of the SKILLAB Project took place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, from September 19. – 20. 2024, alongside a networking event with important IT companies from the region.

The participating partners outlined the completed objectives, review the project progress and set goals for the next six months. Of course we also had the chance to foster a sense of community and collaboration, create meaningful connections and lasting friendships.

In these two days, the involved partners discussed the achieved goals, future steps for implementation as well as necessary actions to ensure the quality of the produced platform. CLUJ IT Cluster offered us an excellent hosting experience, giving us the opportunity to present SKILLAB at stakeholders of the cluster, in a networking event hosted in Accenture.

The Cluj IT Cluster is leading efforts in piloting the platform within the private sector, helping to tailor solutions to the specific needs of businesses and industries.

Fostering internationalization, Konstantinos Georgiou, PHD Researcher at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) has introduced the invitees into SKILLAB’s regional, sectoral and temporal approach, followed by Eva Marina, Co-Founder of 20robots, who kindly highlighted Cluj IT’s role in the project. We thank our hosts from Accenture for another perfectly organized event, the Cluj IT members and our partners from SKILLAB, for making the 3rd edition of the 2024 Executives Club series a true blast!
